Refund policy

Return Policy At Rise Sleep, we strive to ensure every customer receives high-quality products. Because of the personal nature of sleep products and hygiene standards, returns are not automatically accepted. All return and refund requests are reviewed on an individual basis and are subject to the approval of Rise Sleep management.

Notification Timeline If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us as quickly as possible. Please contact info@risesleep.ca within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Delayed notifications may limit our ability to provide a resolution.

Refund Eligibility Rise Sleep reserves the right to determine if a refund is fit for a specific circumstance. We do not offer unlimited or unconditional refunds. To be considered for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Reported within the required notification window.

  • In their original, unopened, and transit-ready packaging.

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to limit or decline refunds, replacements, or exchanges at our sole discretion.
