Product care guide
Care, without the guesswork.
The gentlest routine is simple: cold water, mild detergent and time to air dry. Use this guide to care for your RiseSleep mattress protector or pillow.
What the protector label allows
For the longest life, use the cooler and gentler options below. If your sewn-in label differs, follow the label on your product.
01 / Protectors
Protect the protective layer.
Cooler water and less heat are easier on the fabric and polyurethane barrier. Wash after a spill and whenever the protector needs refreshing.
Machine wash cold
Use a gentle cycle and a small amount of mild detergent. Wash alone or with lightweight bedding. Close the zipper before washing a mattress encasement.
Hang or air dry
Air drying is our preferred long-term routine. Let the protector dry completely before putting it back on the mattress.
Keep harsh products and high heat away
Do not use bleach, fabric softener or harsh stain removers. Do not iron or dry clean. If machine drying is necessary, use low to medium heat and remove promptly—never exceed the sewn-in label.

Separate the cover from the core.
Your RiseSleep pillow has two parts with two different care routines. The removable cover can be washed; the filled inner pillow cannot.
Remove the cover
Unzip the cover and take it completely off the inner pillow before cleaning.
Wash the cover cold
Machine wash the cover on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Hang or air dry completely before replacing it. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean.
Refresh the inner pillow without washing
Air it out in a clean, dry, well-ventilated place and gently reshape it by hand. For a small surface mark, blot carefully without saturating the filling.
